Five people were taken to the Marion County Jail on Friday on outstanding warrants.
- 37-year-old John Atteberry of East St. Louis was arrested on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant.
- 29-year-old Angel Jackson of Paducah, Kentucky was arrested in Jefferson County and later moved to the Marion County Jail on an outstanding Marion County misdemeanor no bond warrant.
- Centralia Police arrested 32-year-old Zachary Wooters of Centralia on a no bond felony failure to appear warrant.
- Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 36-year-old Shelia Deaton of Centralia on a no-bond felony failure to appear warrant.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of wire from the Citation Oil and Gas property on Selmaville Road southwest of Salem.
