1st installment of Marion County Property Tax Bills is due Tuesday

Marion County Treasurer Gary Purcell is reminding everyone the first installment of the 2023 Payable 2024 Marion County property taxes are due on Tuesday, July 30th.

Purcell reports there are a number of ways you can pay your tax bill:

  • Online: : Pay by E-Check, Credit Card or Visa Debit Card at com Fee applies: E-Check $1.50 for up to 20 parcels / Credit/Debit Card 2.45%
  • Pay by Phone: 1-844-934-2444 : Credit/debit care or E-check, Fee applies: E-Check $1.50 for up to 20 parcels / Credit/Debit Card 2.45%
  • Secure payment drop box: Located on North Broadway/Route 37 (west entrance of the Courthouse) – checks or certified funds.
  • In Person: We take check, cash, credit/debit cards, and other certified funds in the Treasurer’s Office in the Marion County Courthouse, 8:00a – 4:00p., M-F, except designated holidays
  • By mail: Check or certified funds

  • At your local Bank: Most banks in Marion County take property tax payments on or before due dates listed on the bill.
