HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese has a new Chief Administrative Officer. Amanda Ennen has been promoted to the position from her role as Chief Nursing Officer.
The promotion is one of four made by the HSHS ministries in the Southern Illinois Market.
Michael Janis has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the Southern Illinois Market. Janis has most recently served as the HSHS System Director of Radiology as well as serving in past executive leadership roles at HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
Regina Peterson has been promoted to Chief Nursing Officer of the Southern Illinois Market expanding her role from the Chief Nursing Officer of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon.
Teresa Cornelius has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer of HSHS Holy Family Hospital in Greenville and HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland. Cornelius most recently served as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland.
The President and CEO of the HSHS Southern Illinois Market Chris Klay says these and other leaders in the HSHS Southern Illinois Market will focus on strategic and operational priorities to grow programs and services for their patients and invest in their ministries. Klay says their efforts along with those of all their colleagues and medical providers will position HSHS for future growth and development, ensuring they carry their mission forward.
