A 52-year-old Junction City man has been arrested by Salem Police on a felony failure to appear warrant in a domestic battery case. Henry Rowcliff was taken to the Marion County Jail on a bond warrant. Police say Rowcliff was arrested when he was located in the Salem Aire Estates Mobile Home Park where they were conducting a wellbeing check.
