The Salem 12u avoided elimination at their District Tournament in Lawrenceville as they eliminate the Olney All Stars 11-3. Devan Jennings had 3 hits and drove in 3 runs for Salem. Isaac Knapp had 2 RBI with runs driven in also by Emit Gibson, Eli Purdy, Grant Squibb and Myles Donoho. Salem out-hit Olney 12-3 and capitalized on 4 errors. Salem will be back in elimination play tonight at 7:45 in the 2nd game of the night following the winner’s bracket semifinal between Robinson and Mt Carmel.
