The Salem Wildcats are preparing for just the program’s 4th trip to Sectional Tournament and the first tip since 2017. For Coach Brian Lipe, it’s his 3rd trip to Sectionals also winning a regional title in 2014. The other Salem regional crown came way back in 1957. Salem will get Highland tomorrow afternoon at 2pm at Triad in a game you can hear on WSIQ and WJBDradio.com. The other semifinal will feature Marion and Mascoutah who will play following the Salem game. The winners will play in the Sectional finals on Saturday.
