Two Centralia residents were injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon at Gragg and North Elm Streets in Centralia.
Centralia Police say 21-year-old Raeann Thurman of Washington County Highway 18 in rural Centralia was traveling westbound on Gragg Street when she crossed Elm Street colliding with a northbound vehicle driven by 29-year-old Travis Brow of West Second Street in Centralia. Thurman said her view was blocked by a turning truck.
Brow and a Centralia male juvenile in his vehicle were both taken to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment of injuries. Thurman declined treatment.
Thurman was ticketed for failure to yield at a stop intersection. Brow was ticketed for operating an uninsured vehicle.
The crash occurred at 2:23 on Thursday afternoon.
