The Salem Lady Wildcats look for their 19th win of the softball season today when they host Roxana to Tully Park.
The Christ Our Rock softball team beat Zeigler Royalton 11-1. Emma Williamson struck out 11 and allowed 3 hits. At the plate, Williamson tripled and drove in 3, Katie Oelze went 2-4 with 3 RBI. Nalewajka went 3-4 with 3 runs scored.
Odin/Patoka/Sandoval beat Wayne City 18-4 in the opening game of the MTC Tournament. Hailey Lane had 2 hits including her 10th homer of the year. Amiya Ray, Maddie Garrett, Gwen Belcher, Jena Howell, Kenzi Wilkerson and Sierra Ford each had 2 hits. Bella Pearce was the winning pitcher. OPS will play Woodlawn today at 5pm at Webber. The Eagles are 10-11 on the season.
