Jasper Floyd Phelps, 73, of Salem passed away on April 25th, 2024, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.
He was born on September 8th, 1950, to Arthur and Rena (Dean) Phelps in Salem.
He is survived by one sister: Vicky Wimberly. Also, he leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Jasper was preceded in death by his parents and 3 sisters: Rosie Phelps Hays, Nora Stief, and Mary Phelps.
He was a lifelong collector of many different things, loved fishing, and especially spending time with his family.
