The Salem 10 Rushing Lady Cats won a pair of games this weekend to improve to 8-4 on the season. They beat Aviston 14-7. Gwen Goostree had 2 hits and scored 3 runs with RBI from Abbi Haines, Kaylee Carroll and Josey Gibson. Julianna Rushing was the winning pitcher with help in the circle from Harlow Tellefsen and Haines.
They beat the Lady Tribe 18-1. Goostree tripled and scored 3 runs. Salem got 2 RBI from Carroll, Skylar Gaston and Tellefsen. Carroll was the winning pitcher with Gaston working the final inning.
