Lady Cats 3rd At Nashville Invitational, CORLHS Also Competes

The Salem Lady Cats were 3^rd at the Nashville Invitational behind the host Hornettes and Centralia.  Finley Puricellie won the 400 and was 2^nd in the high jump.  Avery Robinson was 3^rd in the 100 and 4^th in the 200.  Aila Laird was 4^th in the 800, Maci Thorsen 4^th in the 3200 and 1600.  In the field events, Emily Runyon was 4^th in the pole vault, Hannah Smith 3^rd in the shot and discus.  The Lady Cats head to Chester Wednesday to compete in the Cahokia Conference Championships.

Christ Our Rock was also at Nashville.  Sarah Mckowen was runner up in the 3200 and teammate Rylee Brammeier was 5^th.  Madi Nolte competed in the shot and discus.
