The Annies track team competed at Mattoon on Tuesday. The meet was stopped after 4 running events due to lightning.
The 4×100 of Zaria Strowder, Jenna Wagner, Adariyah Dabney, and ShaMary Maines-May broke a 10 year old meet record, running a season best 50.42 to place first.
The 4×800 of Aurora Amason, Gracie Morgan, Madison Ramey, and Alli Lammers placed 5th. Mya McGee placed 6th in the discus.
The Annies compete next on Friday at the Twilight Relays in Benton, Kentucky.
