The SC Cougars finished their Wood Bat Tournament at 1-2 with a split of games on Saturday. SC beat Woodlawn 5-4 scoring a walk-off run in the 7th. Colton Smith, Callaway Smith, Maddux Robb and Evan Hoover drove in SC runs. Zane Montes worked the first 6 innings allowing 1 earned run with 10 strikeouts.
SC fell to North Clay 7-5. Brody Markley homered for the Cougars with Coen West driving in 2 runs. RBI also came from Callaway Smith and Max Magnus. Trevan Sidwell pitched 4 innings and Callaway Smith worked the other 3.
