Lady Cats 5th At Annies Invitational

The Salem Wildcat track team will head to the Olney Invitational.

The Salem Lady Wildcats competed at the Centralia Annies Invitational.  Mount Vernon brought home the team title with 128 points followed by Cahokia with 101, Mattoon was 3^rd with 99, Centralia 4^th with 79, Salem took 5^th with 73 points followed by 6^th place Charleston with 65 and Marion had 13.

Emily Runyon won the pole vault with a jump of 7-6.  Maci Thorsen was first in the 3200 and Finley Puricelli took first in the 400 and 2^nd in the high jump.  Hannah Smith took 2^nd in the shot and 3^rd in the discus, Eden Gallia was 4^th in the 200m.  The Lady Cats compete next Tuesday at the Marion JV Invitational.
