A 26-year-old Centralia man has been arrested by Centralia Police on outstanding warrants. David Kebsch of Park Lane is being held in the Marion County Jail on a no-bond misdemeanor warrant from Marion County and a no-bond domestic violence case warrant issued in Clinton County.
