The US Army Corps of Engineers has announced the Carlyle Lake Visitor Center and two campground facilities will open for the summer season this weekend.
The visitor center will be open from nine am to five pm on Saturday and Sunday only through May 19th. At that time, the visitor center will be open daily through September 20th.
The Dam West Campground and the Dam East-McNair Campground north and south loops will open for the summer season on Friday. The Boulder Campground is scheduled to open April 19th and the Coles Creek Campground on May 3rd.
Reservations for campsites within the US Army Corps of Engineer campgrounds can be made online at recreation.gov or by calling toll free (877) 444-6777.
