Lorine M “Renie” Robinson, a resident of Centralia, passed away on Sunday, March 9th, 2025, at the age of 67 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Indiana. She was born on Thursday, July 11th, 1957, in Centralia, to Kenneth G. “Kenny” Winkler and Patricia (Davis) Bierman. She married Tom Robinson and he preceded her in death in 2024.
Renie is survived by her stepson, Christopher Robinson and his wife Danielle of Hudson, FL; Grandchildren Colton Robinson and wife Ashlee of Central City, Camden Robinson of Breese, and Trace Robinson also of Breese, and Mercedes Snell and her husband Chance of Hoffman. Her legacy also lives on through her seven great-grandchildren, her sisters, LaDonn Trumbo of Centralia, and her 2 children, Brock Trumbo and his wife Chrissy of Pulaski, TN. and daughter Makinzi of TN and Ashley Kaufman and her husband Brandon of Des Moines, Iowa, She is also survived by her half-siblings, Maria V. Winkler and Kenneth G. Winkler III, and her supportive stepfather, Donald Bierman, and his wife Karen of Centralia. Renie’s memory will also be cherished by her many nieces, nephews, other extended family, and dear friends.
In her professional life, Renie was a dedicated Administrative Assistant at Big 3 in Centralia, Illinois. She was known for her hard work, kindness, and commitment to her colleagues. Renie had an unyielding love for her family, which was the cornerstone of her life. Her warmth, laughter, and unwavering support left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Tom Robinson, her mother, Patricia (Davis) Bierman, her grandmother, and several aunts and uncles, who have now welcomed her into eternal peace.
Per Renie’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, and no public services will be held.
