The Christ Our Rock Stallions split their games with Flora on Saturday. The Stallions fell 10-9 in the opening game as Flora got a walk off 3-run homer from Parker to get the win. In the loss, Jayden Bazile had a hit and 3 runs and drove in another; Lendon Isaiah doubled and drove in 3.
The Stallions routed Flora in the 2nd game 17-0. Bazile had 3 hits and 3 RBI, Isaiah drove in 2 along with Christian Nollman. Isaiah got the win going 3 innings allowing 2 hits and striking out 3.
Also on Saturday, Breese Central beat Harrisburg 13-1, Carlyle over Altamont 3-2, St Anthony beat Mater Dei 5-2, Nashville swept Tuscola by scores of 14-2 and 11-2, Olney over North Clay 6-3, Pinckneyville beat Vienna 7-2 and Woodlawn over Red Hill 8-7.
Today, the SC Cougars are at Fairfield.
