Four people were injured when a car and pickup truck collided head on at the intersection of two rural roads in Clinton County Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Boulder and Cranford Roads south of Boulder.
Sandoval Ambulance transported one juvenile to Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St. Louis and another person to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese. Medstar transported a third person to the helipad at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese to be flown to a St. Louis Hospital for treatment. United Medical Response took the fourth person to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.
The Clinton County Sheriff’s Department handled the crash, but no information was available on Saturday. Huey-Ferrin-Boulder Fire provided fire and rescue on the scene.
The crash was reported at 3:32 Friday afternoon.
