Two face new felony charges in Marion County Court

A 39-year-old Salem man has been charged in Marion County Court with felony theft after allegedly taking a package of beef sticks from the Salem Huck’s Store.  The charge against Timothy Finley of Spruce Street is a felony due to a past theft conviction.  The incident occurred on February 22nd.   If found guilty, Finley also faces an extended-term sentence due to another conviction.

A Centralia man has been charged with felony driving on a revoked license.  The charge against Randall Giller of Wabash Avenue is a felony due to three past convictions on the same charge.  Giller was also charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.   The charges follow a traffic stop by Centralia Police on February 22nd.
