The Franklin Park boys bowlers beat Field by 412 pins at Salem Bowl. Kolby Hempen had high game of 235 which gave him a 191 average for the night. Cameron Kuhns set a new PR of 114.
The Salem girls beat Selmaville by 59 pins. Ivy Villalobos had the high game of 153.
The Salem junior high bowlers will roll their last match next Thursday at Salem Bowl for 8th grade night against Spring Garden, Selmaville and Kell. Before that, they will compete this weekend at the SIJHSAA Regionals in Carterville.
Selmaville boys and girls competed in a bowling match at Salem bowl yesterday. Boys team bowled a 1770 2 game series. Carter Shanafelt bowled a 256 high game 429 series. Jaxon Ward a 347, Gavin Harper a 346, Logan Butts 326, Nicholi Marhanka 322. Girls were led by Adriane Birch 220 series, Gia Ward 209,Piper Gray 191 and Gabby Harper 133.
