The City of Centralia issued ten building permits in January totaling $191,269.
Six of the ten permits were to install solar arrays. The arrays valued at between $20,000 and $47,000 were issued for residents in the 300 block of Janet Drive, 600 block of Sable Drive, Oak Park Drive, 1500 block of Ruth Ann Drive, 600 block of East Rasback and 1000 block of South Lincoln.
Mission Centralia was issued no fee permits to construct ramps to allow residents to continue to have easy access to their homes in the 1600 block of South Cherry and 300 block of South Lincoln.
Another permit was issued to replace a shed in the 400 block of South Cherry and repair a wall of a garage in the 800 block of East Noleman.
There were no demolition permits issued during the month.
