A 26-year-old Centralia man was injured in a single vehicle rollover crash on Green Street Road near the Norton Road intersection in rural Centralia early Saturday morning.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Teandre Hood of Hickory Ridge Drive reported he looked down to a red light on his dashboard when he veered off the road and then rolled off the north side of the pavement. His vehicle came to a stop on its side.
Hood was able to get out of the vehicle on his own. He was transported to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment of injuries.
The Centralia Fire Protection District was called to assist at the scene.
Hood was ticketed for operating an uninsured vehicle and no driver’s license.
The crash occurred at 3:57 Saturday morning.
