Phyllis Rose Logan, 97 of Centralia, Illinois passed peacefully passed away at Fireside Nursing Home on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
Phyllis was born August 12, 1927, in Centralia, Illinois. She was the daughter of Phillip and Wilmoth (Schmidt) Maddox.
Phyllis was a member of the First Baptist Church in Centralia and previously worked as a realtor for the Frederich Agency.
Phyllis wed Gilbert Logan, on June 2, 1950, at First Baptist Church in Centralia, Illinois.
Phyllis is survived by her two sons, Kim Logan of Centralia and Rodney Logan of Bulls Gap, Tennessee. Grandchildren, Lori, Lisa, Mallory, Tyler, and Anders. Great-Grandchildren, Maddox, and Maci. Daughter-in-laws: Lanna Logan and Pam Logan.

Funeral service for Phyllis Rose Logan will be held Friday, November 22, 2024, at 11:00 am at the Southerland Garnier Funeral Home in Salem. Burial will follow at the Fouts Christian Church Cemetery in Irvington, Illinois.
