A 20-year-old Odin man has been ordered held without bond after being charged in Marion County Court on Thursday with aggravated battery and felony domestic battery.
Noah Meredith of Oak Drive is accused in both charges of shoving down a woman 60 years of age or older. If found guilty, Meredith faces extended term sentences due to past convictions.
In seeking to hold Meredith without bond, prosecutors noted his history of committing violence towards household members.
The public defender was appointed to represent Meredith.
A preliminary hearing is set for November 21st.
