Crystal Kincaid Logan, 50, of Xenia, Illinois passed away peacefully at 3:08 am, Friday, October 11, 2024, in the comfort of her home.

Crystal was born the daughter of Margaret “Diane” Kincaid on June 4, 1974, in Flora, Illinois. She was raised by her adoptive parents Dale and Linda Kincaid. She married Travis Logan on August 27, 2005 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Crystal had a strong work ethic having worked for North American Lighting in Salem for 30 years working her way to a manager which was a position she took great pride in and very seriously.

Crystal loved to travel, and usually when she did, she went to a beach somewhere. She truly loved all her family and friends greatly and loved to spend time with them as much as she could. Crystal loved to watch softball and attend all of her daughter Jamalyn’s games which were usually not close with her playing travel ball. Crystal attended the Kinmundy Christian Church in Kinmundy when she was able.

Crystal is survived by her husband: Travis Logan of Xenia; children: Jamalyn Logan of Xenia, Katelyn Logan of Louisville, Courtney Logan (Andy Fryman) of Olney, Bailey (Dylan) Keppler of Louisville, Taylor Jo (Trey) Walker of Flora; grandchildren: Elizabeth, Brantley, Carter, Dawsyn, Alania, Eloise, Jaci, and baby Walker on the way. She is also survived by her siblings: Chantia (Allan) Staley, Bill Kincaid, Kelly (Ed) Wyatt, Archie (Pam) Kincaid, Rachel (Kevin) Bowles; and many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Crystal was preceded in death by her mother: Margaret “Diane” Kincaid; adoptive parents: Dale and Linda Kincaid; and grandparents: Leroy and Helen Kincaid.

Funeral services to celebrate Crystal’s life will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the McGriff Funeral Home in Louisville with Josh Conley officiating. Burial will follow the services at the Oskaloosa Cemetery, in rural Xenia. Visitation will be held on Monday evening at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Crystal’s memory to a College Fund for her daughter Jamalyn.

The McGriff Funeral Home in Louisville is honored to be entrusted with the family’s care and arrangements. We invite everyone who knew and loved Crystal to share their memories, stories, and pictures on her memorial page at www.mcgriffandtriplettfh.com.
