Salem Police arrested 33-year-old Chad Burgess of Airport Road in Salem for alleged domestic battery and aggravated domestic battery. Police handled reports he allegedly committed domestic battery against the same alleged victim in incidents on Wednesday and Thursday before being taken into custody while walking in the Airport Road area early Friday morning.
Salem Police arrested 40-year-old Jeremiah Martin of South Washington in Salem for alleged domestic battery to a 14-year-old juvenile.
Both Burgess and Martin were taken to the Marion County Jail pending a decision on formal charges by the State’s Attorney’s office.
