The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats pick up a hard fought 3-1 win over Carlyle. Abigail Thompson was good on mound going 4 innings; Reagan Shuler came on in relief to get the win. Kendall Zimmermann started the scoring with a single in the 6th, Quinn Wolfe with an RBI triple to tie it, Emma Lipe with an RBI single to give us the lead. Shuler added an RBI as well. Salem is back at it today when they head to the Little League Complex to play Selmaville.
Iuka Lady Pirates beat Jasper 12-4. Kenley Cripps and Katee Sellers combined for win in circle together striking out 12. Sellers had 2 hits including in park home run. Kenzie McGinnis had 2 hits. Cripps, Rylee Wilson, Emily Jones each had a hit. And Elaina Dial and Ava Reed had a RBI. Iuka first home game is Friday against Odin.
Today, the South Central Lady Falcons are at North Clay, Sandoval plays at Bluford.
