The South Central Lady Falcons split a pair of games at Casey on Saturday. They opened with a 13-1 win over Tri-County. Maddi Peddicord went 3-3 with a double and 4 RBI while scoring twice. 8 out of 10 Lady Falcons drove in runs in the game. Addy Ruholl was the winning pitcher going 3 innings allowing no earned runs.
SC then dropped their showdown with perennial powerhouse Casey 3-2 as Casey clawed across a walk-off run in the bottom of the 7th. The Lady Falcons outhit Casey 7-5. Baylee Brown drove in 2 runs on 2 hits, Peddicord added 3 hits. Annie Ruholl singled along with Kennah Hiestand.
The Lady Falcons are scheduled to play at Windsor/Stew Stras today.
