Franklin Park Falls At Perennial Power South Central, Will Host Woodlawn Today

The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats are in action for the first time at home as they also host Woodlawn today.

The Lady Bobcats enter at 1-1 after falling yesterday at South Central 8-0.  Emma Lipe, Abigail Thompson and Reagan Shuler had the Salem hits with Shuler going all six innings allowing 7 hits and struck out 11.

SC improved to 4-0 as Maddi Peddicord was great in the circle striking out 14 and allowing just 3 hits.  At the plate, Kennah Hiestand tripled, Annie Ruholl had 2 hits and drove in a run, Addy Ruholl scored, Baylee Brown doubled home a run and scored twice, Claire Chasteen added a double and 2 RBI.  Kyndl Bolen added 2 hits and 2 runs.

SC will travel to Neoga tomorrow and head to Casey for 2 games starting at 9am on Saturday.
