The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a report of a vehicle traveling down the 2800 block of Norton Road south of Odin with gunshots being fired. The driver reportedly sped off from the area when the person reporting the incident approached. Deputies say a second person in the area also reported hearing gunfire. The report was made at 9:55 Saturday night.
A 22-year-old Salem man has been arrested by Centralia Police on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant. Dylan Foutch of East Olive was taken to the Marion County Jail.
