Three people were arrested on domestic battery-related charges and remain in the Marion County Jail pending a final decision on charges.
A 27-year-old Odin man has been arrested by Odin Police for aggravated domestic battery. Jerod Rhodes of O’Fallon Street allegedly struck a family member at his residence.
30-year-old Tabitha Binkley of Maulding Drive in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police for aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, and interfering with the reporting of a domestic battery.
28-year-old Ericka Kessler of South Avenue in Iuka was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies for domestic battery and on a Fayette County small claims warrant. She was involved in an altercation at her home but had left before deputies found her walking nearby.
State Police arrested 42-year-old Brian Woodward of East Main in Salem for resisting arrest, driving on a suspended license, having no registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
State Police arrested two others following another traffic stop. The driver, 25-year-old Colton Dulaney of North Avenue in Flora, was given a notice to appear for driving under the influence. Passenger 20-year-old Gage Krutsinger of Old US 50 in Flora was given a notice to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor.
