Charleston 4th At State Softball Finals

In prep softball, Charleston fell in the 3a state 3^rd place game losing to Lisle Benet Academy 4-3 in 8-innings at Louisville Slugger Park in Peoria. Lemont won a pitchers dual in 12-innings to win the state 3a championship 1-0.

In 4a softball, Chicago Marist beat Yorkville in the finals 9-1. Oak Park River Forest knocked off Barrington in the 3^rd place game 2-1.
