The Salem 8u Lady Cats travel team swept their double header against the 7u Black Widows. Salem won the opener 20-11. Kennedy Thompson drove in 3 runs along with Kinleigh Barton. They got 2 each from Julianna Rushing, Gwen Goostree, Brinn Detmer and Clara Crompton. Juliette Scarlett added an RBI.
Salem won the 2nd game 23-17. They got 4 RBI from Goostree, Thompson and Barton with 3 from Crompton. Rushing and Scarlett drove in 2 with RBI also from Skylar Gaston, Detmer and Zyley Henseler. Alexis Henseler had 4 hits and scored 4 runs.
