The Salem Wildcats will host the boys 2a track and field sectional at Jim Finks Field this afternoon. The field events will begin at 2pm and the running events at 4pm. Salem will be joined by Centralia and Mount Vernon as well as Anna, Benton, Carbondale, Carterville, Columbia, Freeburg, Harrisburg, Herrin, Marion, Mascoutah, Massac County, Murphysboro and Waterloo.
Headed to the Wood River Sectional includes Breese Central.
