The Salem Wildcats are scheduled to finish up the regular season today when they host Murphysboro. The Cats have 19 wins on the season and will open up their post season on Thursday against the hosts at the Greenville 2a Regional.
Also today, South Central is scheduled to host Mater Dei for both teams final tunes ups before their respective regionals.
The 2a regionals open up today with play-in games. Alton Marquette hosts Althoff, Pana is at Arthur, Benton travels to Carterville, Chester hosts Pinckneyville, Hamilton County at Fairfield, Robinson goes to Marshall, Oblong at Paris, Hillsboro at Roxana, Wood River plays at Staunton and TTown hosts Vandalia.
