Salem Trio Show Well At SIJHSAA State Golf Championships

Salem was represented well at the SIJHSAA Golf Championships held at Rend Lake College.  Salem’s Mya Russell shot a 91 and finished 8^th in state with Raegen Shuler scoring a 100 for 15^th.  Landen Maxey was 20th with his round of 93.

Coach Jason Harris told WJBD/WSIQ “All of the spring sports have had to compete in some tough weather this year.  I’m proud of the effort and tenacity these kids have shown.”
