The IHSA Bass Fishing Sectionals will be held around the state today. The Salem Wildcats boats will be Hunter Russell and Brogan Gregg in Boat 1 and Colten Starnes and Cooper Lobek in Boat 2. They will be joined on Newton Lake by a field of 13 schools that will include Christ Our Rock, South Central, North Clay and Patoka.
Centralia, Mount Vernon and Woodlawn will compete on Rend Lake with a field of 12 schools.
At Coffeen Lake it will be area schools Breese Central and Mater Dei along with Brownstown/St Elmo, Wesclin and Vandalia among a field of 14 schools.
