Centralia man gets two-year prison term on weapons charge

A 30-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty in Marion County Court to a charge of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon.

Nathan Hale of North Hickory was in possession of a bludgeon with an expandable baton when arrested by Centralia Police in January.
