Three people were charged in Marion County Court on Monday with felony drug charges following weekend arrests.
34-year-old Kirk Johnston of Page Avenue in Odin and 29-year-old Alyssa Chapman of North Sycamore in Centralia were both charged with possession with intent to deliver five to 15 grams of methamphetamine and possession of five to 15 grams of meth following an early Sunday morning traffic stop by Centralia Police. Bond for Johnston was set at $50,000. Bond for Chapman was set at $7,500. Both had a public defender appointed to represent them.
A 33-year-old Central City woman has been charged with possession of less than 15 grams of cocaine. Lacy Heitkamp was arrested on April 28th. Her first court appearance was delayed until Tuesday.
