The Salem brought home a second place finish from the Nashville Girls Invitational. Nashville won the 8 team meet. The lady cats had several good showings from their young team.
Maci Thorsen won the 3200 meter and placed 4th in the 1600. Finley Puricelli was 2nd in the high jump and 3rd in the 400 meter. Gracy Alli took 3rd in the high jump. Ruthie Hays placed 2nd in the pole vault with a 7’6” PR. Hannah Smith 3rd in the discus. Kinsey Jarrett 3rd in the long jump, 15’2.275” and 4th in the triple jump 30’ .75 both PR’s. Addi Bullard 3rd in the 100 meter hurdles and 2nd in the 300 hurdles, setting pr’s in both events.
The Lady Cats will compete Wednesday at Breese Central in the Cahokia Conference.
