SC 14u Storm Chasers Open Jacksonville Future Champions Tournament With Walk Off Win
The SC Storm Chasers 14u will continue pool play today at the Jacksonville Future Champions Tournament with a 4:30 game against Team Legacy.
The Storm Chasers walked off with a win late last night to open the tournament beating West Central Elite 6-5 getting a walk-off sacrifice fly from Gavin Meinhert to score Keytin Grawe with the winning run.
Avery Gullion was the starting pitcher and worked 2 solid innings. He was followed by Payton Gullion for 2 and then Garret Shumate was the winning pitcher working the final 2 innings.
Driving in runs for SC were Kaiden Harrell, Drew Roosevelt, Carter Spitzner, Luke Shumate, Meinhart and Payton Gullion.
