The Salem 8u Lady Cats softball team fell to the Mount Vernon Renegades 24-13. Kaylee Carroll hit her first inside the park home run in the game and drove in 3 runs. Abbi Haines also had 3 RBI with 2 each from Gwen Goosetree, Kennedy Thompson and Alexis Henseler.
