OBC Meet See’s Records Fall, Central City & Selmaville Claim Titles

The Oil Belt Conference Track Meet was held on Friday.

Central City won the boys title with Selmaville winning on the girls side.

There were 5 conference records set at the meet.  Will Stanton of Central City set a new record in the 8^th grade 100m in a time of 11.9 and the 200m in a time of 24.8.  Carly Veach set new records in the hurdles at 17.0 and 8^th grade 100m in 13.3.  Carly also tied the record in the 400m at 65.4.
