The Christ Our Rock Lady Stallions squeezed in a quick Track and Field Meet today the Webber Trojans Inv. Several Lady Stallions placed today and had good showings.
Soph. Rylee Brammeier got the afternoon rolling on the right track for the Lady Stallions winning the 3200 meter run and winning in a personal best time of 13:03.0. She also finished 2nd in the 1600 meter run in 6:20.1. Jr. Sarah McKowen ran a season’s best time in the 800 meter run of 2:29.7 placing 2nd. Also Freshman Lillian Wedekemper brought home 2 second place finishes in the 100 meter hurdles (:20.32) and the 300 meter hurdles (1:04.1).
The Lady Stallions had 2 girls compete in the throwing events today as well. Chloe Tate was 4th in the Discus throwing 72’3″. Madi Nolte was 4th in the Shot Put (21’8.5″) and 5th in the Discus (63’10”). Nolte also ran the 400 meter dash finishing 4th in 1:18.0.
The Lady Stallions and Boys Stallions team are back at it again tomorrow at the Belleville Althoff Relays!
