Last night, Aidan Dodson was brilliant on the mound as he threw a no-hitter as South Central improved to 13-0 on the year with a 9-0 shutout over North Clay in their first game of the SC Wood Bat Tournament. Dodson struck out 12 and walked just 2 in the win. At the plate, the Cougars got RBI from Andrew Magnus, Zane Montes, Colton Smith and Ethan Watwood. The Cardinals made 4 errors leading to 6 unearned runs on the night.
The Tournament will finish up today as SC opens the day with Woodlawn at 9am followed by Woodlawn and North Clay at 11, Flora and North Clay at 1 and then SC and Flora finish the tournament at 3pm.
