Christ Our Rock Opens Track Season….Finally

After having 2 meets rained out last week, the Christ Our Rock track team finally opened their season at the Breese Central Open.  The distance runners shined for the Stallions.  Elijah Gregor won the 3200 and the 1600.  Zerek Koch was 2^nd in the 3200 and 4^th in the 1600.  Lady Stallions 3200 meter runner Rylee Brammeier won her race as well and was 4^th in the 1600.  Yillian Lu was 5^th in the 100m and 6^th in the 800.  Isaiah Lyons was 4^th in the 800.  Chole Tate 3^rd in the girls discus and Madisyen Nolte 4^th in the girls discus and 7^th in shot.

Breese Central won the girls event with 196 points followed by Mater Dei with 80, Carlyle 47, Wesclin 44, Christ Our Rock 42 and Lebanon 12.

Central won the men’s event with 221 points followed by Wesclin 119, Mater Dei 93.5, Christ Our Rock 42.5, Carlyle 24 and Lebanon 3.
