The Salem Lady Cats soccer team lost 6-2 at Harrisburg. Areesa Eisenhauer scored both goals from penalty kicks. Amerie Schleuter and Natalie Ambuehl had several good saves during their playtime.
The Salem Bobcats Soccer teams had an undefeated day across all three teams traveling to Glen Carbon today.
The 3rd-grade girls went 8-0 and 7-0 for the day. Skylar Gaston scored 6 goals, Hadley Michel 3, and Nia Garden, Briah Henseler, Brenna Lowry, Aspen Morris, and Stevie Nix all contributed with 1.
4th grade ended their game with a score of 5-0. Brooklyn Anderson and Laney Kuhns had 2 goals for the day and Graci Green contributed 1.
5th graders also had two solid games, going 11-2 and 5-1. Alyx Pearce led the scoring with 8 goals for the day. Kinsley Gansauer, Gabby Gaston, and Laney Kuhns contributed with 2, with Adysen Pracht and Paisley Stanford 1 each.
