Area Athletes Highlight Boys AP All-State Teams

The boys All-State team’s have been named.

In 1a Honorable Mention went to Logan Fleener of North Clay, Aidan Dodson of South Central, Parker Boehne of Christ Our Rock, Mason Robinson and Avery Jahraus of Altamont, Austin Wittenberg of Windsor/Stew-Stras. Also receiving a single vote and not receiving honorable mention status were Brock Fearday of St Anthony and Myles Pryor of Christ Our Rock.

In 2a, TTown’s Caleb Siemer was on the 2^nd Team. Honorable Mention went to Dylan Murphy of Columbia, Grant Fridley of Wesclin, Cody Dickshot of Breese Central. Breese Central freshman Mason Shubert only received 1 vote so he wasn’t on the Honorable Mention team, however the one vote was for First Team All State.

In 3a the First Team was led by East St Louis’ Macaleab Rich. Honorable Mention went to Centralia’s Cruz Harlan, Navontae Nesbit Jr of Mount Vernon.

4a Honorable Mention went to Jordan Pickett of Belleville East and Koby Wilmoth of O’Fallon.
