The 3a/4a semifinals are today. The day begins at 10am in 3a with Peoria and Nazareth Academy followed by Lincoln and Deerfield at 11:45.
The 4a state semifinals start at 2:30 when O’Fallon takes on Arlington Heights Hersey. O’Fallon enters at 32-4 on the season and have won 12-straight games heading into today and are led by 1st team all state selection Shannon Dowell who is averaging 21 points per game. This is the first state appearance in the program’s history as they are coached by Nick Knolhoff in his 6th year. Hersey is 28-8 and are led by Katy Eidle who averages just over 19 points per game.
The 2nd 4a semifinal is at 4:15 with Lisle Benet Academy taking on Geneva.
